  I hate the Watchtower but I really still hate the Trinity Jesus is NOT God!

  some bibles use the term "worship" when refering to jesus...at times people did fall down and bow to him........this doesn't show he was god!

  the greek term; proskeyneo, means to prostrate oneself, to bow down and show honour.

  now, this was done for jehovah.....and his representatives....jesus israelite kings and priests....but for the honour of jehovah not as creature worship which even angels would refuse.. also i studied the non-biblical early church gospels which really does show a slow decline over 150 years, into the trinity as the watchtower claims...........although i still hate the watchtower society at least i learnt something that wasn't a lie..

  i just watched the live feed from the russian court room and followed the updates on the russian exjw forum.. just waiting for confirmation from other sources...but, it looks like the final (and expected) result is:.

  banned.

  which means that the wts property in russia now belongs to the russian state..

  I just want to point out that Russia went after an organization that they knew wouldn't fight back. And I mean by "not fight back" as physical. I wonder if they will try this with Islam? And no, I'm not equating here. I just find it interesting as why they think the JW's are so extremest and dangerous? Especially since they (the Russians) are fighting militarily against others who use religion as a guise?!? I find this very interesting.

  Why are people so irritated by someone knocking at their door? I never understand it. If someone comes to my door, I either answer or I don't. If I wouldn't want to be bothered I would put a no trespassing sign up. Personally, I enjoy messing with people coming to my door. Awhile back, a cable company came trying to get me to 'upgrade' to a better package. I told her my 'package' doesn't need upgraded, it's fine like it is. She must have had a dirty mind because she turned beet red in the face. LOL! But anyhow.....yeah, what this dude did was wrong and I hope that the police looks into this.

  a couple of examples of scriptures hardly ever quoted is 1 tim.

  2:12- "i do not permit a woman to teach, or to exercise authority over a man, but to be in silence".

  or verse 11- "let a woman learn in silence with full submissiveness.".

  I personally find the New Jerusalem Bible easy for me to follow. I must say its my go to version. If I find something in question, I cross reference it with the NRSV. It's my close second.
